​1950. RAAMC - Northern Command (QLD).
This uniform is a light cotton tunic with plain upper and lower pockets and button cuffs.

Korean War
1950. Battle dress.

This Captain's tunic is made of a herringbone cotton  for summer wear. 

It has cloth rank slides with 3 pips on each having dull cherry underneath indicating RAAMC.
Open collar, 2 pleated breast pockets and 2 lower patch pockets.
Oxidised Australian metal buttons.

​The officer's peak cap is of WW2 period and is of cotton fabric for summer wear.

Cotton khaki shirt and tie, and cotton trousers with brown boots and Sam Brown belt would complete the uniform.
